We believe that every home needs a handmade piece. Welcome to Haven Tables! We are a father/son team, located out of Kansas City, MO.

We custom build Kitchen prep tables, kitchen islands, dining room tables, benches, and more!

All of our projects are made from local, reclaimed wood that is well over 100 years old. We aim to customize our builds to fit your needs, your style, and your family’s functionality.

Currently, we are just serving the Kansas City metro and surrounding areas.

Our most common tables…

The Cotswolds
Prep Table //

Our first and most coveted table is the Cotswolds table. It is the most simple, yet timeless design. It features a four plank top and an additional lower shelf, with four straight, aged legs. It can be finished with whatever stain color desired.

This table can be customized with multiple drawers, extra lower shelves, and turned legs.

The French Provincial
Prep Table //

To add an upscale look to your kitchen, we always suggest the French Provincial Table. It boasts of turned legs, whether wider or narrower in size - and a wide-framed base. It can be finished to whatever stain desired.

This table can be customized with any additional drawers, a lower shelf, and even a stone top!

The Farmhouse
Island Table //

Though the looks may change, our Farmhouse Islands always include a larger amount of drawer and/or cabinetry space with ample room for seating on one or more sides.

All of our builds can be made to host chairs, but our Farmhouse Islands will do the trick perfectly.

The French Chest
Island //

Customize the typical “boxy” island with turned legs and high end features. Our French Chest Island maximizes storage while showcasing beauty and style.

Featured is a build with turned cabinetry legs, an overhang for seating, three large dovetail drawers with a detailed trim, shaker cabinet doors, and a trash pull out drawer.

This island can be customized to meet your needs and style - and can even hold a stone top!

The CHLOÉ
Dining Table //

Chloé is the perfect contemporary-styled dining table for any home. With massive 5-inch “waterfall” legs that seamlessly flow into the table top, she sits 30” tall giving 25-26” of space below.

Though this build is made from pure white oak, it can be exchanged for pine, walnut, or maple.

It is stained with in “Weathered Oak,” finished with an antique wax.

The French Country
Dining Table //

Our French Country design offers a timely and detailed design to any dining room. The front drawers set this design apart from the others as a functional table with storage. You can choose a straight edge apron - or - a scalloped edge like pictured.

The French Country table can be completed with square, round, or turned legs - and can be finished in whatever stain desired.

The Extendable Table //

When you love to host dinner parties, but desire to keep your dining room cozy throughout the rest of the days…

This extendable table can transform from being 4” to 7.5” in one quick change. Though stained a dark walnut, any stain color would fit this table beautifully.

The Haven
Trestle Table //

This table design showcases a beautiful profile with its custom legs and breadboard top. The trestle legs are formed from 6x6 posts, shaped with rounded feet for added detail.

Though this table is made from reclaimed white oak, it can also be made with our reclaimed American Pine for a more budget friendly option.

The Refectory Dining Table //

During medieval times, the dining hall of every Monastery was called the “Refectory,” a space of restoration and rejuvenation for all. The key components in most Refectory Tables are the middle braces and the dual overhangs on either table ends.

Though stained a dark walnut, any stain color would fit this aged table beautifully.

The Harvest
Dining Table //

A simple, yet beautiful addition to your dining room. Our Harvest tables will be made to fit your room size, with a 3-4 plank top and either straight legs or detailed, turned legs. They can also come with matching harvest benches!

For additional support and design, we can add a lower horizontal support bar, “A-frame” legs, or centered “post” legs.

The Haven Benches //

Whether it is for a dining room table, your boot room, entryway, or an outdoor garden, a Haven Bench is a great addition to your space.

They can mimic any of our table designs, or a custom design of your own!

WITH A SKETCH...

I always begin a project with paper.

Once you send us your desired project specs, I will take the time to sketch up the look, the dimensions, and the details. This will allow you to see, dream, and visualize the piece in your space.
